Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to develop Villa Flamboyan 98 as a model of natural tourism accommodation in the Kiarapedes area, Purwakarta. The urgency of this activity arises from the increasing interest of tourists in nature-based destinations, while the management of villas and similar accommodations in Kiarapedes is still traditional, has not implemented service operational standards, and has not made optimal use of digital marketing. This condition has an impact on low competitiveness, inconsistent guest experience, and not yet maximized tourism economic contribution to the surrounding community. Through field observations, interviews with managers, and analysis of facilities, services, and the surrounding environment, this activity provides recommendations in the form of improving service quality, preparing basic SOPs, improving supporting facilities, and digitizing promotions. The results of the activity showed an increase in the manager's understanding of the principles of professional and sustainable accommodation management. This activity is important to encourage the transformation of community-based tourism accommodation management so that it can increase guest satisfaction, expand market reach, and strengthen Kiarapedes' position as a competitive and family-friendly natural tourism destination.
